We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number. We do not accept any return products without this number. Product sent without a Return Authorization Number shall be refused in delivery or shipped back to origin at customer’s own expense.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and must be insured and traceable. It is the customer’s sole responsibility for untraceable and uninsured lost item(s).
After we receive the return product, store credit will be issued.

Element Acoustics ships via CANADA POST, UPS, FEDEX, DHL, or private fright companies of any size and weight around the world. Special shipping request can also be arranged prior shipping, but we are not liable for customer’s duty/tariff, brokerage fee, and import tax.
We, at Element Acoustics, are professionals when it comes to packing and shipping, and we do our best to ensure order arrives safely into every happy customer’s hand. However, Element Acoustics is not liable for shipping damage or lost by the shipping courier. We recommend shipping insurance on shipment. In the case of shipping damage or lost, Element Acoustics is responsible to help customer to file insurance claim and follow ups. However, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping courier to investigate before issuing a claim payment; it may be a lengthy process. Element Acoustics reserves the right NOT to make replacement shipment or refunds, before the claim process is fully completed.
Tracking information can only be provided to customers who have signed up for an account or have entered their email in contact information during checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the information they provided is correct and accurate. Element Acoustics is liable for any product loss or damages resulting from incorrect billing, shipping, or contact information provided by the customer.
